This online RYA Essential Navigation and Seamanship course is a basic introduction to the charts and publications used by seafarers. It will give you an understanding of the safety considerations of buoyage, navigation, pilotage, passage planning and rules of the road whilst at sea and also the causes and implications of tides and weather.
