About The Safe and Fun Course
This online RYA Safe and Fun course will provide an introduction to safeguarding and child protection. It is a prerequisite for RYA Instructors and Senior Instructors before attendance on their courses
Assumed Knowledge
None, however you must be 16 years of age or older.
Duration
Equivalent to approximately 3 hours of classroom training.
On Completion of the Safe and Fun Course
You will understand good safeguarding practice, how to recognise potential signs of abuse, how to deal with it and who to refer any concerns to.

The course is taken on-line at a time to suit you.
