Exciting Activity
Are you ready for 2023? At PPSA we’ve been working hard through the winter months to ensure we have a host of activity for you to participate in. Some of the newer activity we can provide is shown below.
Powerboating
We’ve already been delivering the RYA Powerboat Level 2 Course and the Advanced Powerboat Helm (Day and Night) Course. A a few individuals have undertaken their Certificate of Competence Exams. As part of our plans to be ready for 2023, we’re hoping to be able to offer the Intermediate Powerboat Course for those who’d like to apply some navigational techniques to their skills.
Personal Watercraft (Jet Ski)
We have access to a Personal Watercraft (more commonly known as a Jet Ski) and we’re now able to deliver the Personal Watercraft Proficiency Course. If you want a taste of this exciting activity, why not give us a shout.
Skippered Charter
We tried this out for the first time last year. We’re pleased to report that its was a success. If you and your family are up for an exciting and or relaxing day out on the wonderful Cleddau Estuary, give us a call.
Keelboat Training
As well as being able to offer skippered charters, we can now offer the National Sailign Scheme in Keelboats. We’ve been developing our keelboat, called Valkyrie to be able to introduce and teach you how to sail in this exciting keelboat.
Instructor Training
We’re continuing to develop the instructor base in Pembrokeshire and further afield. We’ve programmed Dinghy and Powerboat Instructor Courses in addition to many endorsements courses. Come and give it a go if you want to give back to your clubs or are considering working in centres in the UK or abroad this year.
